| Stringent Quality Control is built into our process beginning with raw material inspection and certification through packaging of the finished product. Quality inspections during production are part of our process, each operator is responsible for maintaining in-process inspection documentation and our shop floor inspectors perform random independent inspections. Of course, final inspection in our QC department is required before any work is considered finished.
Our Quality System meets FDA regulations and ISO 9000 compliance. Certification, traceability and inspection reports are meticulously maintained, well organized, secured and easily retrievable for the customer. Our job is to always meet all of your specifications and requirements, whether it's one part or one hundred thousand parts. |
